Ashley brings a thoughtful, people-centered approach to operations at TrueBearing Academy. She works with clarity and intention to strengthen internal systems and ensure the infrastructure needed to deliver high-quality training, mentoring and other services for our clinicians and partners.

With a background in academic leadership and human resources at the University of Rochester’s Simon Business School, Ashley takes a systems-oriented approach to aligning people, platforms, and workflows. She creates the clear, supportive, and sustainable operations that allow TrueBearing Academy to serve our community and do our best work.
