With over a decade of experience in mental health, Ayme brings a wealth of knowledge and unique body-centered approach to neurotherapy. As a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Registered Dance/Movement Therapist, she integrates cutting-edge neuroscience with somatic techniques to create comprehensive treatment plans for clients struggling with ADHD, anxiety, and trauma.

Ayme specializes in helping high-achieving individuals retrain their nervous systems through a structured “Learn, Experiment, Integrate” framework. Her background in movement therapy provides valuable insights into the body-brain connection, enhancing the effectiveness of neurofeedback interventions. She is particularly adept at guiding clients to develop sustainable self-regulation skills that complement their neurofeedback training.

In addition to her role as a TrueBearing Associate, Ayme maintains a private telehealth practice serving clients throughout Washington State and Montana. She holds certifications as an ADHD Clinical Services Provider, yoga and breathwork instructor, and Level II Sensorimotor Psychotherapy practitioner.
