Ray earned his MS in Clinical Psychology from California Southern University and practices under Dr. Brown’s supervision while pursuing a PhD in Clinical Psychology. Ray supports clients of all ages dealing with a range of cognitive and pre-cognitive challenges and loves introducing clinicians to the healing power of neurofeedback and the TrueBearing Method. Having seen many children with missed and misdiagnosed ADHD, Ray’s research focuses on attention & concentration issues.

Ray leads Skookum Kids, a direct service and policy-advocacy organization based in Bellingham, WA. that resulted after a grassroots movement to address specific problems in the regional foster care system. Skookum Kids serves hundreds of children and dozens of families each year. He also serves as President of the Washington Association for Children & Families and co-chairs the Child & Family Well-Being Taskforce in Whatcom County.
