TRUEBEARING ACADEMY SUBSCRIPTION WARRANTY AND POLICY

Welcome to TrueBearing Academy! We are committed to providing you with premium subscription services. Please review the following terms to ensure compliance and a seamless experience:

1. Warranty of Access and Use

Your subscription guarantees uninterrupted access to TrueBearing Academy, including all services and materials, for the active subscription period. Access is contingent on compliance with these terms and conditions.

2. Limitations on Use

2.1 Password Sharing
  • Sharing subscription credentials with individuals outside your household or business entity is strictly prohibited.
  • Violations may result in account suspension or termination without refund.
2.2 Redistribution of Digital Assets
  • Digital assets may be used only for personal or authorized purposes within the scope of your subscription.
  • Redistribution, sharing, or reselling of digital materials to non-subscribers is a violation of this agreement and may lead to account termination and legal action.
2.3 Abuse of Trial Offers
  • Using multiple email addresses or accounts to exploit free trial offers is prohibited.
  • Accounts involved in such practices may be permanently disabled.

3. Subscription Modifications and Issues

  • Requests for accessibility-related modifications or adjustments to the subscription term due to unanticipated personal events will be considered upon timely written request. 
3.1 Early Subscription Withdrawal
  • Subscribers who cancel their subscription before the end of the term will lose access to all content and services upon the effective cancellation date.
  • Refunds for early withdrawal will be at the sole discretion of TrueBearing LLC, based on usage and time remaining.
3.2 Delinquent Accounts
  • Accounts with unpaid balances or declined payment methods will be placed in a delinquent status.
  • Services may be suspended for delinquent accounts until the outstanding balance is resolved. If the account remains unpaid for 14 days, it will be subject to permanent termination.
3.3 Subscription Renewal Failures
  • If payment for a renewal fails, a grace period of 7 days will be provided for the subscriber to update payment details.
  • Failure to resolve the issue within the grace period will result in suspension of services, and the account may be subject to reactivation fees upon payment.

4. Educational Subscription-Specific Terms

4.1 Timely Learning
  • Educational materials offered through TrueBearing LLC are designed to be consumed within the subscription term. It is the subscriber’s responsibility to access and utilize the materials in a timely fashion.
  • TrueBearing LLC is not responsible for incomplete progress due to subscriber delays in engaging with the curriculum.
4.2 Subscription-Dependent Progress
  • Continued access to the educational curriculum requires an active subscription. If a subscription lapses, the subscriber will lose access to all materials and progress tracking.
  • To continue the curriculum, subscribers must renew their subscription in a timely manner.

5. Termination and Refund Policy

5.1 Immediate Termination
  • Violations of these terms, including misuse or payment failures, may result in immediate termination without notice or refund.
5.2 Refund Eligibility
  • Refunds will be considered only for technical issues that TrueBearing LLC fails to resolve.
  • Refunds are not available for accounts terminated due to policy violations or non-renewal.

6. Monitoring and Enforcement

TrueBearing LLC reserves the right to monitor account activity to ensure compliance. Unauthorized or abusive practices, such as shared access or exploiting trials, will be acted upon promptly.

7. Amendments

TrueBearing LLC may update this Subscription Warranty and Policy. Changes will be communicated via email, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
