Heather is passionate about helping new and expanding neurotherapy clinics thrive using the TrueBearing Method. She understands the challenges of scaling a business and enjoys sharing her knowledge and expertise with those entering the field.

Heather runs a successful practice based in upstate New York and sees clients remotely throughout the world. She is a fierce advocate for brain health, coaching individuals to better health through neurofeedback, HRV training, metabolic testing and analysis. Heather is a board-certified neurofeedback provider, certified brain health coach through the Amen Clinic, HeartMath (HRV) certified practitioner and offers metabolic testing through breath analysis. She earned a BA in Psychology from the University of Rochester and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Syracuse University’s Maxwell School of Citizenship and Public Affairs.
